Agreement letters sent via email will be received shortly after sign up is complete – within 5/10 minutes. Agreement letters sent via post will be received within standard delivery times.

What happens when my policy is up for renewal?2022-10-12T09:48:48+00:00

When your cover comes up for its renewal, we’ll send you a renewal reminder via your chosen contact method (i.e. email or post). If you’re happy to renew, there’s no need to contact us, as we can make sure your policy renews automatically.

How does the Fixed Price Repair work?2022-10-12T09:53:48+00:00

An engineer will be sent out to inspect your appliance and repair on site if possible. If an instant repair cannot take place, the parts will be ordered, and the engineer will return at a later date to fit the parts. If the appliance is Beyond Economical Repair, a 40% refund will be issued for the Fixed Price Repair, which can be put towards a new appliance that we can source for a discounted price.
