Agreement letters sent via email will be received shortly after sign up is complete – within 5/10 minutes. Agreement letters sent via post will be received within standard delivery times.

What happens when my plan is up for renewal?2024-09-18T11:11:56+00:00

When your protect comes up for its renewal, we’ll send you a renewal reminder via your chosen contact method (i.e. email or post). If you’re happy to renew, there’s no need to contact us, as we can make sure your plan renews automatically.

You can update details on your plan by calling us on 0800 888 6666 or by submitting the form on our contact us page.

You can make a claim by calling us on 0800 888 6666 or by submitting the form on our contact us page. If a repair is required, we’ll arrange a call out with an approved repairer for a time that suits you.
