When your cover comes up for its renewal, we’ll send you a renewal reminder via your chosen contact method (i.e. email or post). If you’re happy to renew, there’s no need to contact us, as we can make sure your policy renews automatically.
An engineer will be sent out to inspect your appliance and repair on site if possible.
