Recently made a claim for my washer machine and Zest wasted no time in processing my claim and getting an engineer booked in. They also made sure to communicate every bit of detail so that I didn’t feel like I was being ignored. The company/engineer that did our repair were lovely too and provided constant updates. Engineer identified the issue within minutes and came a back a few days later with the required parts. Glad I went with Zest!
