Appliance repairs and cover can be confusing at times, so we want to make it as simple as possible for you.

When Will I Receive My Welcome Pack?2025-08-12T13:46:39+00:00

Agreement letters sent via email will be received shortly after sign up is complete – within 5/10 minutes. Agreement letters sent via post will be received within standard delivery times.

What if the Part Needed is No Longer Available?2025-08-12T13:33:08+00:00

If we cannot repair the appliance, we will look to replace it. 

What Happens When My Plan is Up For Renewal?2025-08-12T13:54:41+00:00

When your care plan comes up for its renewal, we’ll send you a renewal reminder via your chosen contact method (i.e. email or post). If you’re happy to renew, there’s no need to contact us, as we can make sure your plan renews automatically.

What Happens if Your Can’t Fix It?2025-08-12T13:36:57+00:00

We will look to replace your appliance if we can’t fix it.

No, there are no hidden charges of any kind.

With our care plan, we don’t discriminate on age. No matter how old your appliance is, you can include it in your plan.
