Appliance repairs and cover can be confusing at times so we want to make it as simple as possible for you.
Agreement letters sent via email will be received shortly after sign up is complete – within 5/10 minutes. Agreement letters sent via post will be received within standard delivery times.
We will look to replace the appliance if we cannot repair it.
We will cover the cost of the current appliance, and if you wish to upgrade it to a higher spec you can just pay the difference in the cost between the current appliance and the higher-spec appliance.
When your protect comes up for its renewal, we’ll send you a renewal reminder via your chosen contact method (i.e. email or post). If you’re happy to renew, there’s no need to contact us, as we can make sure your plan renews automatically.
We will replace new for old, same or similar specifications.
