If you know the appliance you want, we’ll find the best price for you. If not, we’ll help you choose from options provided by our exclusive suppliers.

Once you decide, we’ll offer the best retail price with a membership discount.

We’ll arrange delivery on your preferred date and can also handle installation or disposal of your old appliance, with your discount applied.

Your repair journey step by step…
Follow the steps below to book a repair with your membership and we’ll make sure we jump straight on it!


If an appliance breaks down, note the issue, whether it’s integrated or freestanding, the brand, and the model number (if available).


Call 0800 888 6666, select member repairs, and give the advisor the details. Don’t worry if you can’t find the model number—we can help you during the call.


Provide your postcode, and we’ll book a local engineer for you. If this is your free membership repair, there’s no charge. If not, you’ll get a discount on the call-out fee as a member.


The engineer will assess and fix your appliance first time if possible. If parts are needed, you’ll get your members’ discount and there’s no charge for follow-up visits.


On the off chance your appliance is unrepairable, we’ll help you arrange a replacement with a discount off the Recommended Retail Price of the appliance and any additional services required (for example delivery, installation, removal and disposal).


After the repair, you’ll have a 6-month guarantee, meaning if the same issue happens again, the repair is free.
