Error Code Solution Description
EHO, EH0 Check the power supply by plugging in a different product into the same socket and see whether that works. Reset the appliance, and contact an Authorised Service Centre.

It indicates a problem with the power supply.

E70 Reset the appliance’s control electronics by unplugging the appliance for 2 hours and then plugging it back in. If this does not solve the problem and the error persists, please book a repair. We do not recommend using the product until the problem has been fixed. Unplug the appliance and do not plug it in again until you are certain it is okay to do so.

Indicates a problem with the temperature sensor.

Scraping/Rubbing noise while in use Rear drum locks are supposed to be removed automatically when the dryer is activated for the first time without the load in the drum. Please see the dedicated section in the user manual.

Rear drum locks have not been released correctly during the first use of the dryer.

E50 Reset the appliance. If this does not solve the problem, contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

Indicates a motor or software problem.

Water leakage from under the dryer. A blocked condensate pump is an issue that can occur in a dryer, leading to water leaks on the floor. This is also indicated by a small amount of water collected in the condensate water container after the drying cycle. This is a fault that requires the intervention of the support service, contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

Blocked pump, incorrect operation, dirt from clothes in the filter, clogging it up.

There is a problem with the electronics.

There is a problem with the temperature sensor.

C6 Contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

There is a problem with the moisture sensor. 

Moisture, condensation, water in tumble dryer. Check for any error codes on the display.  Make sure that the temperature of the room is between 5 and 35°C. Check if the selected cycle includes the steam phase.  Clean the fluff filter after each cycle.  Make sure the appliance is not overloaded.  Clean the condenser (applicable to heat pump dryers and condenser dryers).  Check if the venting hose is fitted correctly (applicable to vented dryers).  Make sure the vent is open and clean (applicable to vented dryers). If the issue persists, contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    This could be due to a number of factors. 

    Tumble dryer’s condenser LED is on. Clean the condenser, filters and air ducts. If this doesn’t solve the problem, contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    Condenser needs cleaning.

    E80 Make sure the cycle selector is not set between two programme options and reset the appliance. If this doesn’t solve the issue, contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    Indicates a problem with the cycle selector or the software.

    E40 Make sure then that the tumble dryer is not built into, for instance, an enclosed cabinet without any ventilation. Install the appliance in a room with enough space and good ventilation. Do not install or use the appliance where the temperature can be less than 5°C or higher than 35°C. Clean the filters and door seal. Check the door seal for possible damage.

    The laundry could be trapped between the appliance door and rubber seal.

    Excessive moisture in the room, on walls and windows where the dryer is located. Reset the appliance. If this doesn’t solve the problem then contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    If the tumble dryer is installed in a room which is too small, condensation may occur.

    E54 Reduce the load of laundry. Check that there is no excessively heavy object in the drum, like a duvet. Check another socket and make sure there are no other appliances running at the same time. If this doesn’t solve the issue, contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    Indicates a motor or software problem.

    E9E Check main power supply, switch off other running appliances if necessary. The appliance is probably in a small closed storage room and is overheating or the air is heavy with moisture due to lack of ventilation. Make sure that the dryer is installed in an environment with sufficient air exchange. Clean the fluff filter and the heat exchanger area. Clean the filter after each drying cycle.

    Electrical noise. Humidity or water on the UI board.

    ECA Fill the container for the steam system.

    Possible empty steam tank.

    CD If the door is closed properly and the tumble dryer still displays the error code, contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    There is a problem with the door latch.

    E60 Make sure that the tumble dryer is not built into an enclosed cabinet without any ventilation. Install the appliance in a room with enough space and good ventilation. Clean the filters, condenser and door seal. If the problem persists, then please contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    Indicates a heating source problem.

    E20, C2, or emits 2 beeps or 2 flashes. Check if the external drain hose is connected correctly to a drain (if applicable). Check if the drain hose is not twisted or clogged and if it has any loops (if applicable). Reset the appliance. If the issue persists, contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    Indicates a drainage, pump or software problem. 

    Err Switch the dryer off and on, then select the desired cycle options. Make sure that the door is fully closed before starting the programme.

    This appears when there is an attempt at changing a cycle or settings after the cycle has started or the chosen option cannot be used with the selected cycle.

    1E, LE, 1C, LC, LC1, 1 1C, 1 LC 1. Check for leaks. 2. Examine hoses. 3. Run an empty cycle: – If suds appear, excessive detergent or non-HE detergent may have been used.     Water is being detected where it shouldn’t be. Sensor may be faulty.

    4C, 1 4C, nF, 4E – Ensure both hot and cold water supply hoses are connected to the correct inlets. – Open the water valves completely. – Check that the drain hose is inserted properly. – Inspect and clean debris from water filters if needed. – If the issue persists, contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    Water is not entering the washer correctly.

    4C2, 4E2, CE, 14C2, nF1 Match the cold supply to the cold inlet and hot supply to the hot inlet (blue to blue, red to red).

    Supply hoses are swapped, connecting cold to hot and hot to cold.

    nd, 5E, SE, 5C, SC, 1 5C Try replacing filter or unclogging- if this don’t work we highly recommend seeking professional assistance. Contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    Electrical problems or clogged filters.

    E2, bE2, 6E2, BE2*, 8E2* – Power off the washer. – Touch and work each button back and forth to release any jam. – If the issue persists, visit the Support Center for service. Note: Refer to your user manual for model-specific error code meanings.

    A button on the panel is detected as stuck or continuously pressed.

    9C1, 9C2, PF, 3E*, 2E, 9E1, 9E2, UC, 19C1, 19C2 – Confirm the washer is on its own circuit and not using an extension cord. – If the error persists, visit the Support Center for assistance. Note: Refer to your user manual for model-specific error code meanings.

    Irregular electrical current or power failure.

    dS, d5, FL, LO, L0, dE, dE1, dE2, dC*, dC1, dL, 1 dC, 1dC4, 1dC1 – Check that the latch is secure and the door is properly closed. – Remove any obstructions preventing closure. – For FlexWash models, ensure the rubber button by the upper washer latch is intact. If missing, service may be required. Contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    The door is not securely closed or locked.

    ER CE Restart the connection to Wi-Fi. Wiring might be damaged if the door has been removed. Contact us about our Repair & Care option if the issue persists.

    Indicates defective wiring – electric noise (French door fridge freezer). 

    HI Check if a Door Open alert is active or it has been active recently. Avoid leaving the door open for a long time. Has a power failure occured for a long time? Please note if this unit connected to the internet only recently. Have you recently loaded a lot of food into the compartment? Press any key on the UI and the display shows the highest temperature reached for 10 seconds, then set the temperature. If the issue isn’t solved after an hour, contact us about our Repair & Care option.

    The temperature is too high in one of the compartments.

    E01, E02, E03, E06, E07 Contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    Indicates a sensor warning.

    E08 This is not an appliance failure, this error helps to prevent damages to the compressor. The voltage needs to be increased back to required levels. If this warning continues, contact us about Our Repair & Care option.

    Low voltage warning.

    E10 Set the fridge temperature to a colder value or set to Super Cool. This shoudl remove the error code once the required temperature has been reached. Keep doors closed to improve the time taken to reach the required temperature. Empty the location at the front area of the air duct channel holes and avoid putting food close to the sensor.     The fridge compartment is not cold enough. 

    Error code E10 is likely to occur after a long term power failure, or when hot food has been left in the fridge.

    The fridge compartment is too cold.

    Automatic door opening (AutoOpen) is not functioning correctly. Select “AutoOpen”, “On,” in the “Settings” menu. Confirm with “OK”. AutoOpen is not activated in some programmes.     The drain pump cover is positioned incorrectly in the dishwasher.

    F12 (water inlet) Please contact us about our Repair & Care option.

    The stopcock is not open or the inlet filter is soiled.

    F13 (water inlet) Contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    The stopcock is not open or the inlet filter is soiled. 

    F14 Please contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.

    The circulation pump is blocked. In longer breaks between wash/rinse cycles (lasting weeks or months at a time), the pump may become dry and stick together.

    F14 Switch the dishwasher off. Wait a few seconds. Switch the dishwasher back on. Select the programme you want and start it. If the fault persists, please contact us about our Repair & Care option.

    Technical fault. Water intake fault – pump pressure level switch or heating level switch.

    F14 Ventilate the drain as described in the operating instructions for your dishwasher.

    The on-site drainage connection is situated lower than the guide path for the lower basket rollers in the door. 

    For example, in the case of a dishwasher installed at a height, the on-site drainage connection may be situated lower than the guide path for the lower basket rollers in the door.

    F15 (water inlet) Open the stopcock.

    The stopcock is not open.

    Dishwashers are used on a regular basis which means that limescale can build up quickly, especially in hard water areas. To help your dishwasher work effectively and efficiently, regular descaling is important.

    There is an issue with the drain pump. This happens when the drain pump is clogged, blocked or faulty.

    E24 and E6103 Check the inlet hose and make sure it’s not kinked or damaged. The pump cover may be loose. The pump cover is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. Remove the filter to reveal the pump cover and ensure it’s not loose. If you have trouble locating it, review your owner’s manual. If the dishwasher drain hose is connected to a garbage disposal’s dishwasher drain connection, ensure that the plug is removed from the disposer’s dishwasher drain connection.
