Water is being detected where it shouldn’t be. Sensor may be faulty.

1. Check for leaks. 2. Examine hoses. 3. Run an empty cycle: – If suds appear, excessive detergent or non-HE detergent may have been used. Continue running empty cycles until suds disappear. – If no suds appear but the error persists, further service is required. Water is not entering the washer correctly.

4C2, 4E2, CE, 14C2, nF1

Supply hoses are swapped, connecting cold to hot and hot to cold.

Match the cold supply to the cold inlet and hot supply to the hot inlet (blue to blue, red to red).
nd, 5E, SE, 5C, SC, 1 5C

Electrical problems or clogged filters.

A button on the panel is detected as stuck or continuously pressed.

– Power off the washer. – Touch and work each button back and forth to release any jam. – If the issue persists, visit the Support Center for service. Note: Refer to your user manual for model-specific error code meanings.
9C1, 9C2, PF, 3E*, 2E, 9E1, 9E2, UC, 19C1, 19C2

Irregular electrical current or power failure.

– Confirm the washer is on its own circuit and not using an extension cord. – If the error persists, visit the Support Center for assistance. Note: Refer to your user manual for model-specific error code meanings.
dS, d5, FL, LO, L0, dE, dE1, dE2, dC*, dC1, dL, 1 dC, 1dC4, 1dC1

The door is not securely closed or locked.

– Check that the latch is secure and the door is properly closed. – Remove any obstructions preventing closure. – For FlexWash models, ensure the rubber button by the upper washer latch is intact. ER CE

Indicates defective wiring – electric noise (French door fridge freezer).

HI

The temperature is too high in one of the compartments.

Check if a Door Open alert is active or it has been active recently. Avoid leaving the door open for a long time. Has a power failure occured for a long time? Please note if this unit connected to the internet only recently. Have you recently loaded a lot of food into the compartment? Press any key on the UI and the display shows the highest temperature reached for 10 seconds, then set the temperature. E01, E02, E03, E06, E07

Indicates a sensor warning.

E08

Low voltage warning.

This is not an appliance failure, this error helps to prevent damages to the compressor. The voltage needs to be increased back to required levels. If this warning continues, give our friendly team a call on 0800 888 6666 for a free appliance health check.
E10

The fridge compartment is not cold enough. 

Error code E10 is likely to occur after a long term power failure, or when hot food has been left in the fridge.

Set the fridge temperature to a colder value or set to Super Cool. This shoudl remove the error code once the required temperature has been reached. Keep doors closed to improve the time taken to reach the required temperature. Empty the location at the front area of the air duct channel holes and avoid putting food close to the sensor. E11

The fridge compartment is too cold.
