E01, E0100 and E2120 There is a heat pump motor circuit fault at the main control board. Reset power to breaker for 30 seconds. If not resolved, please book a repair.
E02, E03, E0107 and E0103 There is a main control board relay fault/error. Reset power to breaker for 30 seconds. If not resolved, please book a repair.
E04 and E0105 Your dishwasher has detected faulty (heater) electronics in the self-test. Please book a repair.
E05 and E0106 There is a wash arm diverter circuit in main control board fault/error. Reset power to breaker for 30 seconds. If not resolved, please book a repair.
E06 and E8000 There is a door sensor circuit fault/error. Reset power to breaker for 30 seconds. If not resolved, please book a repair.
E07 and E2130 The Zeolite (Crystal Dry) fan motor is defective. Reset power to breaker for 30 seconds. If not resolved, please book a repair.
E09 There is a heat pump internal heater fault/error. Reset power to breaker for 30 seconds. If not resolved, please book a repair.
E10 and E2120 There is a Zeolite (Crystal Dry) chamber heater fault/error. Reset power to breaker for 30 seconds. If not resolved, please book a repair.
E12 and E2060 There is limescale build-up in the heat pump.

E18 and E3200 There is an issue with water flow into the dishwasher. The water level is too low, or water is not being pumped correctly. 1. Check the inlet hose and make sure it isn’t kinked or damaged.

2. Make sure the water supply is turned on. The water flow rate should be 10 l/min.

E19 There is a detergent dispenser solenoid circuit fault/error. Reset power to breaker for 30 seconds. If not resolved, please book a repair.
E20 and E2030 There is a heat pump internal heater fault/error. Reset power to breaker for 30 seconds. If not resolved, please book a repair.
E21 and E6002 The heat pump is blocked. Reset power to breaker for 30 seconds. If not resolved, please book a repair.
E22 and E9240 The dishwasher filter is blocked. The filter is the area where food particles get caught and it needs to be cleaned regularly. Please book a repair.
E23 and E6101 There is an issue with the drain pump. This happens when the drain pump is blocked, clogged, or faulty. Please book a repair.
E24 and E6103 The dishwasher is not draining properly due to the drain filter being blocked. 1. Check the inlet hose and ensure it’s not kinked or damaged.

2. The pump cover may be loose. The pump cover is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. Remove the filter to reveal the pump cover and ensure that it’s not loose. If you have trouble locating it, review your owner’s manual.

3. If the dishwasher drain hose is connected to a garbage disposal’s dishwasher drain connection, ensure that the plug is removed from the disposer’s dishwasher drain connection.

E25 and E6102 The drain pump is blocked or the drain pump cover is loose or missing. 1. Check to see if the drain pump cover is loose. The pump cover is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. Remove the filter to reveal the pump cover and ensure that it’s not loose. If you have trouble locating it, review your owner’s manual.

Next, pry off the pump cover with a spoon until it clicks. Grip the cover and pull upward until you feel resistance. Then pull forward to remove the cover completely. E27 and E9001 The house power supply to the unit is too low. Reset power to breaker for 30 seconds. If not resolved, please book a repair.
E0110 Failure causing electronics miscommunication. Please book a repair.
E6160 PowerControl™ (Controlled Lower Spray Arm) reference position not found. Please book a repair.
E6900 There is a detergent dispenser solenoid circuit fault/error. Reset power to breaker for 30 seconds. If not resolved, please book a repair.
H01 This is not an actual error code, but an indication that the start-up timer menu has been accessed to delay the start of the cycle, with H01 for a 1-hour delay and h02 for a 2-hour delay, and so on.
