To help your dishwasher work effectively and efficiently, regular descaling is important. | The dishwasher needs to be descaled. The Bosch descaler can be used to descale your dishwasher. To help avoid the issue in the future, use softening salt in your dishwasher if it comes with a water softener function. |

E24 and E6103 | The dishwasher is not draining properly due to the drain filter being blocked. | Check the inlet hose and make sure it’s not kinked or damaged. The pump cover may be loose. The pump cover is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. Remove the filter to reveal the pump cover and ensure it’s not loose. If you have trouble locating it, review your owner’s manual. If the dishwasher drain hose is connected to a garbage disposal’s dishwasher drain connection, ensure that the plug is removed from the disposer’s dishwasher drain connection. |
