Claire joined us at the beginning of 2025 as Senior Performance & Marketing Manager and is a key member of our Operational Leadership Team. She has played an important role in strengthening sales performance through effective digital marketing campaigns, leading the delivery of a high-performing new website, and establishing and developing strong relationships with external agency partners. 

She brings a balance of strategic direction and hands-on delivery, providing stability and clear focus across the Sales & Marketing functions. She leads initiatives to improve sales processes, enhance the online customer journey, and refine campaign performance. Claire’s background covers a broad mix of marketing and business development roles, giving her strong commercial awareness alongside solid project delivery and stakeholder management experience across multiple sectors. 

Claire enjoys travelling and has volunteered in Africa supporting rhino conservation – an experience that reflects her commitment to causes she cares about. She also enjoys trail running and most sports, and if she’s ever in charge of the office music, she loves some 80s and 90s cheese (don’t we all!).

Meet our Creative Lead, Jacob!

Over the last 7 years Jacob has gone from strength to strength, from lone graduate designer, to managing a junior designer, managing projects, and overall becoming the lead for all things creative at Zest.

Jacob is a devoted artist, painting murals for clients in his spare time, he loves going to the gym and in summer he goes kayaking at the first opportunity!

He’s become part of the furniture here at Zest and has helped shape the company’s identity, we really wouldn’t be the same without him!

As the company’s Lead Engineer, Lewis spends his time dealing with issues with our technology – he enables us to work and makes all of our jobs a lot easier!
He really enjoys working with his amazing team here at Zest keeping the tech ecosystem running smoothly.
He started off as a hairdresser, and ended up in IT. From there he’s gone from strength to strength in the industry and we’re lucky to have him!

One thing that motivates him is that he wants to disprove the misconception that sales work is easy. Sales requires a lot of mental work and quick thinking, and not everyone is right for it!

Meet our Partnership Development Manager, Becky! Becky recently joined our team as a Partnership Development Manager, to build new a new network of sales partnerships. She spends her time, day-to-day, developing new concepts and branding and looking at strategies.

She enjoys the fact she can build up what she does from scratch and can shape it which gives her a strong sense of achievement. The people at Zest also bring great value to the job, allowing Becky to be able to look over the company story and growth journey.

Becky has a strong background of working jobs from managing claim insurance accounts to being a business manager and even being able to work abroad in the USA. She is glad she got the chance to try something new and start a new chapter.
