If your microwave develops a fault, simply contact our specialist UK based Helpdesk. Our experts will talk the issue through with you and guide you over the phone with clear, practical steps to help resolve the problem, as unlike larger white goods, it’s not always practical to send an engineer for smaller appliances.

With a strong focus on sustainability, we’ll explore whether there’s a solution that extends the life of your appliance. If there isn’t, we can offer you a replacement appliance at cost price – meaning you’ll pay what we pay, not the retail price. It’s a fair, straightforward way to keep your home running smoothly without the stress of large replacement bills.

For just £6 extra per month, you can add our Repair & Care option and join our Appliance Care Plan.

This gives you cover for all future microwave maintenance and replacements, including diagnostics. You’ll also benefit from our annual health check service, designed to spot issues early and fix them fast.
