Every year, we actively offer a health check for each home appliance on your care plan. This ensures all your appliances remain in great shape.
Free Replacements
If your freezer is faulty and can’t be repaired or is beyond economical repair, we will look to replace it with one of the same or a similar specification at no cost to you.

If your existing home appliance can’t be fixed, we’ll find you a replacement at cost price – hassle-free.
