E0 | Freezer sensor failure. | Remove the inside rear panel of the freezer to access the sensor. Disconnect the sockets and test with a multimeter. If you see OL on the multimeter, then the sensor is open circuit. Buy a new sensor and test it to be sure it’s not reading as an open circuit. Get a new one and remount the back panel of the freezer. 2 | Cooling fault. Refrigerant leakage, compressor malfunction, fan failure in the refrigerator, improper sensor operation, or the door has been open for a long time. | Contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken. |
