Repairs

When a new issue arises after Zest Care has started, if a repair is the right solution, it will normally be arranged at no extra cost.

Replacements

If repair isn’t the right answer, we normally offer a free replacement option. We’ll explain what that option looks like and why it makes sense. If you want a specific brand, like-for-like model, or an upgrade, you can choose to contribute.

When Appliance Issues Occur

This applies to new issues that arise after Zest Care has started.

  • We Assess Properly
    We gather the right information up front, so decisions are based on what’s actually happening!
  • Repair – When It Makes Sense
    If a repair is the right solution, it will normally be arranged at no extra cost.
  • Replacement – When Repair Isn’t Right
    If a repair doesn’t make sense, we normally offer a free replacement option. Upgrades can require a contribution.
  • Clear Expectations
    We explain decisions before anything happens, so you know what to expect.

Important Boundaries

  • Not Insurance
    No claims process or guaranteed payouts. Zest Care is an ongoing service based on good judgement and fair outcomes.
  • Not For Broken Appliances
    Zest Care isn’t the right starting point if something is already broken or unreliable.
  • No Automatic Entitlements
    Outcomes are based on what makes practical sense for the appliance and situation – all explained clearly.
