When we noticed people only taking care of their appliances after they go wrong, we knew we had to build Zest Care, to stop things going wrong in the first place.

No more waiting for the inevitable breakdown at the worst possible time (usually the night before Christmas, or the kids’ first day back).

Where we started

Insured appliance protection, the industry standard. We delivered it well. But it was reactive by design, waiting for things to break. The incentives pointed the wrong way.

The shift

We moved to a discretionary service plan. No rigid policy terms. Proper decisions based on each situation. We introduced health checks. Problems got caught earlier. The difference was immediate.
