“If your washing machine or dishwasher is showing an E 10 or 11, or an item or 11 error code, this indicates water is failing to get into the machine. Start by checking that both the taps supplying the appliance and your mains water is on and that there aren’t any warnings of low water pressure in the area. Then, if you can access the back of your machine, check that the hose isn’t compressed and that it hasn’t got any kinks in it. Finally, turn your water supply off and disconnect the hose from the inlet before checking that the filter is clear of debris. if needs be, remove the filter and clean it under running water. If you need any more help or advice, our consumer care team will be happy to help”.
